Chief Executive Officer:

As Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Generational Mining Ltd, my vision is to build a responsible, resilient, and future-focused mining company that contributes meaningfully to Africa economic growth while upholding the highest standards of environmental stewardship, safety, and community engagement.

Alpha Generational Mining Ltd was established on the principle that mining can and must be done sustainably. We are committed to creating long-term value for our shareholders while ensuring that host communities benefit through employment, skills development, and social investment. Our strategy is centered on innovation, ethical governance, and compliance with Ghana,Madagascar and Sierre Leone mining laws and international best practices.

Chief Operations Officer:

As Chief Operations Officer of Alpha Generational Mining Ltd, I oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our mining operations. My role is to ensure that our activities are efficient, safe, environmentally responsible, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.


Operational excellence is achieved through strong systems, skilled personnel, and adherence to industry best practices. We emphasize safety as a core value, ensuring that every employee and contractor operates in a secure and well-managed working environment.Environmental protection and regulatory compliance are integral to every stage of our operations.

By leveraging modern mining techniques, data-driven decision-making, and proactive maintenance strategies, we aim to maximize productivity while minimizing environmental impact. As Chief Financial Officer of Alpha Generational Mining Ltd, I am responsible for safeguarding the company’s financial integrity while supporting sustainable growth and operational efficiency. My focus is on prudent financial management, robust internal controls, and transparent reporting that aligns with both regulatory requirements in Ghana and international financial standards.

 

We prioritize disciplined capital allocation, cost optimization, and risk management to ensure the long-term financial stability of the company. By maintaining strong financial governance, we enable informed decision-making and provide confidence to investors, partners, and stakeholders.

Kerwin Morris

Operational Manager

As Operations Manager at Alpha Generational Mining Ltd, I am directly responsible for the day-to-day management of mining activities, workforce coordination, and site-level performance. My focus is on translating strategic plans into practical, efficient, and safe operations on the ground.

I work closely with technical teams, supervisors, and contractors to ensure production targets are met while maintaining strict safety, quality, and environmental standards. Continuous training, teamwork, and clear communication are central to building a disciplined and motivated workforce.
